I am licensed by Indiana to perform Wood Destroying Inspect Inspection, which I include with every home inspection. Most home inspectors charge $50 to $75 for this service. 
Certified Professional Inspector® In order to be a CPI, I have to complete more annual training than Indiana requires of it's licensee's. Additionally, I have to complete an annual exam to ensure I stay abreast of building practices. 
Thermal Imaging
Thermal imaging can help me find hidden plumbing or roof leaks that can lead to mold or water damage.
